The agent was really nice

Lost my card was replaced by the customer service agent . She was very pleasant courteous and knowledgeable . I am really pleased with it. The only thing is that the waiting time is a bit long other then that everything was pretext

Make it clear to employees that the "fraud" and "dispute" departments are different and to ensure that another customer isn't given to the "fraud" department six times even after explaining that you are calling about a dispute.

Lien Release

Call CS got cut off several times, could never get the same person back. Had to go over all info each time. Was told that DMV would get the lien release same day set up appointment next day they never received it. Call back to CS got another person they check on it and it had been processed but it would take 5-7 working days. Still waiting for Title.

User's recommendation: get extention for your customer Service to get back with the same person handling you issues.

Nsf fee

I was charged $35 as a fee on a three dollar transaction I am a senior citizen I was waiting for my very first check to come in and it came in on the 11th From Social Security. the three dollar fee came in on the 10th I asked for a help on a refund fee to be taken off but they said no

Unknown fees and charges

Unaware of maintenance. However, no overdraft charges. Tough getting a hold of associates via phone, eventually passed the robo lady. Thank you.

Too secure to use

Cannot set up simple transfer between two banks. It fails for no reason. Too secure to use even when you give them everything they ask for online. Chase let me do it with no problem. Maybe I need to switch banks.

I was a very loyal customer and they screwed me big time, It's bothering me big time :( So sad

I used to have a great account a lot of money with BOA and they treated me better than any bank i've ever dealt with, Never denied any of requests whenever i needed their help. I had an accident March, 2017 and i've emailed them letting them i may not be able to pay my credit card bill for a while. Someone hit me from the side and flipped my car and i was lucky that i walked out alive. I did honestly reach out 3 times, I thought they got my back. After i got a settlement from the other parties insurance company, Didn't get paid enough for anything so i still owe money to a few companies and the hospital that misdiagnosed me, But i went first thing and paid BOA credit card after i called them and thanked them for being patient with me and they said no problem at all, We appreciate you being our customer. I was so happy to hear that, Paid my credit card, went to my bank app and found out after an hour they cancelled my credit card, That is TOTALLY *** up and not acceptable, i called them and they apologized and said well you can apply again, same day i applied my score was at 750 and since after that call ended and i was assured that everything is okay, I got denied, So i returned the favor to them and said since they are treating me like a criminal *** it, I closed my account and will never ever do business with that dishonest money institution. Shame on you BOA, You need me as much as i need you, But to ruin my credit report is something i will never ever forget you for. It has been inside me and hurt me since 2017, Now we're in 2019 and i'm really mad and frustrated with their decision to give me the middle finger.

3 checks deposited from the same source, one held for an unreasonable amount of time

After finally receiving my back payments for workmans comp, 2 small checks and one large check over 15,000.00, a hold was placed on the one check for 15,000. I can understand a hold but for over 1 week is not ok especially when the other two smaller checks from the same source cleared.

Horrible

One teller in the whole Bank who was slower than a turtle stood online for 20 mins just to make a deposit. Only 2 ppl in front of me, this is not the first time. Customers in the drive thru left after no one was available to take care of them. The one teller was not even flexible enough to multitask. This branch 3482 located in Miramar Pkway in Miramar FL sld close if it’s not capable of sufficient and effective customer service.

Ok then you try figuring out how to do it yourself then. Because you know EVERYTHING right?

Cut the teller a break they were probably getting trained and your *** vibe got them nervous.

I don't why customers like you are bitter. Chill, people like you are why i want to move far away from the planet

Snow customer service.

I Claris Soto. As a bank of America customer I've noticed that the service is very slow I have spent a total o 4 hours from One bank which is located on 39 ave and 7 street 1 hour waiting and didn't solve my problem because the atm was not working. Went to the one on 67 ave and 40 street there I spent 2 1/2 just to get a temporary card I had 5 customers waiting in front of me. Ridiculous. I as for other customers have other errands to do than to waste time at a bank. Make it speedier by seeing the customers which will take less time than others. Prioritize according to the customers needs and calculated times will help us all ( customers and employees)

Does it mean you bounce checks all the time and use overdraft as a way to manage your cash flow?Do you mean they lost nothing as you always paid back the fees you racked up?Are you one of those people who think they can make good on a year's worth of bad financial decisions but splitting up that tax check and sending a little piece in 20 different directions?I'm curious, if you have a savings with BOA, why in the world would you have sent the return to a "troubled account?"That makes zero sense.They close troubled accounts when people keep doing the same thing over and over again. Especially those who leave negative balances and pay them when they feel like it.
