Could not be connected to speak with an associate!!

Had a question for an associate at the bank. Called and could not get the prompt to connect me to a live associate. Spent 40 minutes in total frustration. Tried calling another branch of your bank. Got the # off your web page & told the # was disconnected. All of this was so frustrating and irresponsible on the part of your Bank. When I finally did get through, was told that all associates were busy. Total unacceptable for a bank. Have several account and am thinking to close all of them.

Account locked no notices . No answer to call. Credit card rewards confiscated. Unfortunately highly unprofessional.

Mind numbing menu options. I didn’t “obey”so I was disconnected

30 minutes of menu prompts. I was disconnected. Called back 10 minute menu prompts. Got a representative who said they couldnt make an appointment and go online. No assistance

Cannot get through to a representative

I have called every number I can find for Bank of America and cannot get past the auto response. No matter how many times I say representative, I get kicked into the auto response which then disconnects me every time. Why can no one get to speak to a live representative anymore? This is the sorriest bank ever!

After calling 3-4 numbers for Bank of America, most of which were spent just waiting on hold, I finally got a live person who was no help at all. Her solution was to start over trying to get my online account working, which proved impossible. Somehow I got to this site-pissedconsumer-and got answers right away. Im very satisfied with the lady I spoke with from this number. She was very patient and solved my problem very quickly and in just a few minutes in a most polite manner. Thank you!

Can’t get a live person

Impossible to get through past robot. Hangs up on me repeatedly- outsourced agents when you select unrelated problem. Only way to get through.

Attempting to close my deceased sisters account. Called last month,got a case number, they were supposed to call me back in a day. Ha.... what a joke. A month later, no call. Called them again.

Took me 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. Wrong department. Another wait... 25 minutes into my second wait... I got cut off. Needless to say... I gave up. Been trying to close my deceased sisters account for a month. They never have called me back. I am soooo fed up with BofA.

Teller told me she couldn't cash my payroll check from state of CA told me I needed to deposit it and funds be avail next day now there's a 9 day hold on my check
