Bank of America Temecula on Ynez is the worst. Every time I come in 1 or 2 tellers and long lines. Now there is 14 people in front of me on Monday at 4:00 pm. 2 people have walked out. I am done closing my account.

Poor customer service! I walked in for a replacement for my card. I waited for an hour, while the employees were chatting and laughing. I'm taking my money to another bank.

If they closed your accounts, they are required to tell you why. Complain to their regulators if they have not.
