Had numerous client accounts at SW Florida BOA; visit bank 7-10 times month. Never, NEVER enough employees.
Lines from 8-35 or more people not uncommon; photos to prove it. One teller, to service all; they close drive-thru forcing people to come inside for bad customer service. Spoke with Managers, sent emails to senior management in Tampa & Miami; all talk but no action...nothing changed. From our clients alone, they have lost a $6M mortgage and deposit accounts of over $1M a year.
Only a couple of accounts remaining and those are being closed soon. Tellers are helpless and abused by customers countless times a day due to poor staffing. We bank with 4-5 different banks, and this is definitely NOT the way to run a financial institution, as BOA simply does not care about their customers. Period.
Been a retail consultant most of my adult life, and this is an easy fix....they do not want to fix it.
What an embarrassment. Hey, it is only money, and they are losing it.
