BOA doesn't care!!! They have a strategy (and reputation) of squeezing every penny from customer service fees and financial transaction.

They have made record profits in 2018 boosted by the Corporate Tax cut. BOA corporate culture: - Despite leading all banks (including Wells Fargo which is no easy effort) in unethical, criminal and civil fines and penalties, BOA top 5 executives were compensated over $80 Million in 2017: Brian Moynihan, CEO - $21 Million; Thomas Montag, COO- $18.4 Million; Paul Donofrio, CFO- $12 Million; Terrence Laughlin, Vice Chair - $11 Million Geoffrey Greener, Chief Risk Officer- $11.3 Million. At the same time BOA has released over 100K employees over the past several years. - A senior executive at Bank of America in New York departed last week after an internal investigation into a young female banker’s accusation of inappropriate sexual conduct, according to people at the bank who were briefed on the investigation.

- A 21 year-old Bank of America Intern Moritz Erhardt was found dead in the shower. Erhardt had reportedly worked three consecutive all-nighters.

Numerous outlets have indicated this isn’t uncommon with banking interns, and is part of an unofficial “hazing culture” where interns work around the clock. Stay with BOA at your own risk....

I have a credit card with BOA. Paid the balance off in full and the next statement they charged me interest for the previous month. I PAID THE BALANCE IN FULL way before the due date. Never use a credit card from them again. Called customer service told one time that I should not be charged interest then told I should be charged interest as it was for the previous month. After being on hold for over an hour and passed to three people and all three giving different answers I hang the phone up and call back and this time get someone that actually waived the interest charge. Wow fraud at its best. If I had not been so demanding and called back they would have got the interest from me that I did not owe. I just wanted to pay it and be done with them. I wonder how many people go through what I did and how many actually pay the interest. It was only 26.00 bucks but it is the principal and they are thieves and not a reputable bank. No wonder they have gotten in so much trouble over their business practices.

THE CATCH-22 FEMA writes flood insurance policies for homes in flood crisis. Your mortgage company for properties in flood zones require flood insurance policies to cover the risk of flooding. My customer Jerry Wilson had a $60K flood insurance policy on his property for many years. In Houston we had a drastic flood in April that devastated Jerry Wilson’s home and forced him to live in his attic. FEMA paid him $10K in April and told him he would get the rest later. They gave him the rest four months later. Jerry’s mortgage company, Bank of America, did an audit on his policy and decided that the policy needed to have $72K in coverage to meet their requirements. Jerry called FEMA to add coverage to his policy. FEMA told Jerry that while he was in a claim. He could not change his coverage. They offered to close his claim, but Jerry’s home was not yet repaired because FEMA had taken four months to pay him. Bank of America told Jerry that unless he changed his coverage, they would add the remaining coverage at a much higher price and charge him on his mortgage payment. Even though Jerry was trying to do everything asked of him, FEMA and BANK of AMERICA refused to make an exception to help this customer in a Catch 22 situation to make things right.

Bank Of America in Plano, Texas - Lack of customer service

due to recent and several conversations with plano call center in texas nothing was taken care of and when ask to speak with a supervisor(Latressa) was given incorrect information by her concerning acct. I was frequently put on hold several times and the hold time was over 10 minutes and when above supervisor came back on or had someone come on the line for them no explanation was given for the long hold and never did get issues resolved. does bank of America think this is good customer service,and this supervisor talked with a different voice everytime they came back on. what gives with this scott??

this is so true, the call center in Plano Texas the new hires and employees are trained to lie to the homeowners ,and the worst training; they follows employees around and even will go follow them in the restroom and her unit managers know she is doing this because they tell her to do this. this is the worst call center to call, and every time you call you get different answers to same questions.

bank of America corporate office needs to do something about this Plano office, close it down or bank of America many find itself in more trouble; this call center is very racist in their promotions. team as they are called do not trust the training.

BANK OF AMERICAN please help your home owners. :x
