Bank of America does not care about customers!!

1.4
Details
My BOA has no tellers, no drive up, no service. Computers are down several times a year. So therefore I have to drive several more miles to make my deposit for work, when I get there, one teller. What is the problem with BOA. They can't pay enough tellers to wait on customers, but they can buy all the URL's of the websites created for people to complain about them. Can't buy this one though, or the BBB, ha. I have to go to BOA because the company I work for bank's there, but why would anyone bank at BOA if they didn't have to???????

Bank Of America in Dallas, Texas - MANAGEMENT INADEQUATE

DURING THE LAST FEW YEARS, THE PARK CITIES BofA BANK HAD VERY MARGINAL . THE TURN OVER WAS A BIG DETRIMENT. SINCE MR. SAM FLORES LEFT THE CONSUMER SIDE OF THIS BRANCH AND CHANGED TO THE WEALTH SECTION, SERVICE HAS BEEN SERIOUSLY LACKING. - MANAGEMENT CAN NOT DO TELLER SERVICE, UNWILLING OR POORLY TRAINED. - SIT AT THE COMPUTER WITH THE DOORS CLOSED - REMOVED THE WATER DISPENSER FRON THE LOBBY. - UNABLE TO HELP IN FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS - WHEN ASKED FOR HELP HAS TO CALL ON STAFF TO HELP. MY FAMILY HAS SOME 8 ACCOUNTS WITH THAT BANK AND FRUSTRATIONS ARE MOUNTING. THANK YOU DR PETER MAILANDT pmailandt@gmail.com

Bank Of America - Account Review from Dallas, Texas

January 27th I made a cash deposit of 1600 dollars and the atm only counted 300. I called the number on the atm and they credited my account for the 1300.Today I deposited 1000 dollars and they take it!! I get online trying to figure out why and they had removed the credit! Now I know atms have cameras. I am pissed this is now 2300 dollars they have stolen for me. Are there any lawyers out there good at dealing with these things?? I have heard this is common with this bank and even though it's not a huge amount of money I refuse to not do anything about it. Please email me at tearrynnmarie13@gmail.com if you know a good lawyer in the Dallas area.

Bank Of America in Dallas, Texas - Forclousing on my home

I missed two months within a 12 month time. I was sent a statement that states I missed 4, they included 1200 in fees. I had to pay all of this within 2 weeks. I called Bank Of America and waited 30 minutes to speak with Ann Loftin 1-877-447-4002 and she told me to log on to my account and to download forms and send them in ASAP. The next day I try to log into my account, It's been closed. I have tried to reach Ann Loftin, but she has not returned my phone calls. two days later a real estate sales person comes to my home to try to get me to sell!!! I have my bank statements that prove I have missed only two months, they last month they refused and sent back. Bank of America is ripping me off.

Bank of America Escrow Check-Never Came!

We re-financed from BOA to a credit union back in MArch of 2013. Still now (June 16) have not received our Escrow check. I have called 4 times to check on it, but they keep saying its been mailed, but never seems to arrive. Then they say they have to put a stop payment on the check to re-issue and that takes an additional 5 days each time.I have asked to have them direct deposit, wire transfer, even mail to another address. but they always say they cant do any of that. REALLY! what year are we living in??? I think a class action lawsuit needs to be made on this bank. They are using my money for months and making interest on it, not me!

This EXACT thing is happening to us right now. We are waiting after they have supposedly mailed it a second time.

Well, it's a week tomorrow...where is it??? We were also told the same bit as you about having to wait 20 days etc.

What a load of ***. How do we file a class action lawsuit anyway??

Bank of America-Predatory Lending

Bank of America is both predatory and an unethical institution. They have only one agenda, to target the exact people they are supposedly trying to help. There is not an incentive for them to preform modifications because if you have PMI and you have made payments on your home for several years it is in their best interest to foreclose on the home so they actually are making more money than if they were to reduce your interest rate. Plus they are pocketing what monies you put down to secure the loan. BOA has one agenda, to take your home but also mislead you by saying that they are running the home assistance program to help homeowners stay in their homes. It is gross negligence, a company this size that has been allowed to operate in this manner can only be described as criminal. I have had a loan since 2007, the original home loan was with Countrywide. In 2009 both my husband I were laid off and we were forced to file chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Countrywide at that time would not preform any type of reinstatement procedures to secure the home loan after the bankruptcy. Texas is homestead state, which enables borrowers to keep their cars and homes out of bankruptcy proceedings. The loan was sold to BOA just a few months after our bankruptcy was discharged. We had applied for the modification just before we filed for bankruptcy because we were laid off and it was approved. But we were not able to make the first 7 payments because we were still not working. The loan was delinquent. The loan modification consisted of maintaining the loan term and reducing the interest rate by ¼ of a percent. It was 5.5% and went to 5.25%. What does that mean? It means that our original mortgage payment was $1700 and it went up to $2100. The just tacked on what we owed to the back of the loan and kept the loan term. We eventually were able to bring the loan almost current, so that we only owed 2 payments. I wanted to bring the loan current so BOA suggested I apply for another loan modification for those two payments. I agreed and submitted all the documentation they requested. The loan officer Marina Henry based out of the Dallas, TX office told me to be considered for the modification you had to be at least 2 payments behind to be considered for the program and to not make any more payments because I would be ineligible for the program. I received a letter stating that I was not eligible for the program in May 2013 because I filed bankruptcy in 2009. This is the INCREDIBLE PART-I called Marcina and she told me to disregard this notice because it had been sent in error to literally hundreds of borrowers and it was not applicable to me personally because I had filed bankruptcy back in 2009 and this letter was sent out in error because that would only apply to me if I was currently in bankruptcy proceedings, which I wasn’t. Two days later I received a letter stating my house is in foreclosure. I called Marcina and never was able to get a hold of her and was assigned a new account manger Crystal Wright out of New York. I told her Marcina had informed me to disregard the notice and she said she was aware of this fact but it was NOT INTENTIONAL To mislead me but Marcina was misinformed and the policies changed as of March 2013. She also informed me the only way the house will not go in to foreclosure is bring the loan current to pay $10,000 + penalties within 5-7 days!! BE-AWARE of Bank Of America-They are Dishonest and have Sinister agenda
