On August 19th I went to transfer money online from my savings to my checking. I hit the drop down and transferred the money.
The problem was it apparently slipped into my mortgage payment. I immediately called and the office was closed. I called the next day and after waiting over an hour got ahold of an employee. She said she fixed it and it would be transferred back into my savings account in 24 to 48 hours.
This was on a Thursday and as of Monday it still wasnt there. I called again and after a wait was told it was 48 hours of working days. The lady said I should have it the next day ( Tuesday).
On Friday I called back and was told that it was set to be transferred back in September 18th!!!!! I have to wonder why either of the previous women were less than truthful about this, especially the second one!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
