It is hard to comprehend that I have been seeking help from Bank of America for nearly FORTY FIVE (45) months now. They deserve the vote they got last year as one of the worst American Companies and they are STILL doing the same things along with flagrant, negligent misrepresentation as set forth in the Montana Supreme Court ruling last year in the "Morrow Case" and the epic settlement supposedly with the U.
S. Department of Justice. They have a huge customer service department now renamed Enterprise Customer Care Resolution Team and they are terrible. They all make claim to be with the "office of the president and ceo" which could not be further from the truth.
There is apparently a whole office of these inept people operating in Southern California.
In the supposed epic settlement with the USDOJ supposedly $7 BILLION DOLLARS was supposed to best aside to help people like me with loans that originated with Countrywide (which B of A purchase back in 2009) and B of A. I am a 70 year old Vietnam Veteran and they treat me like dirt and lie and demand duplicate documents over and over again to different offices- they need to put all these people in jail in my humble opinion and the CFPB and Congress members are just as terrible and dysfunctional so don't expect any help- this is another example of why our wonderful country is headed in the wrong direction.

The most disappointing in user's experience was everyone else and customer service is fraudulant. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
