Your absolutely right!! They are good at sending your call to somebody else and it's a entirely different story.

then they blame you so they can get more money from you. Then they say that they didn't t say that. They have no compassion for their customers.

Report them to the CEO there is an address on the internet. Then to the federal commission for unfair practice, I am going to do exactly that.

I have been a loyal BofA customer for over 20 years with multiple accounts chkg/svgs/retirement. I have 750+ credit rating and solid income history. I made the mistake of thinking BofA would recognize me as a loyal customer when I applied for a home loan, quite the reverse. After months of literally going back and forth, they still are unable to approve a loan. The interesting detail is two other lenders provided approval within 45 days. WFC and Quicken. BofA is broken, no its probably better to say they are out of business but dont even know it yet. Their customer service is third rate and the heavy departmentalized culture spills out to the consumer through delay after delay. After awhile I felt like I was seeking permission to see the Wizard, since it became clear, they were more interested in finding No as the answer, instead of Yes. Good Luck with any loan approvals, but of course they will roll out the red carpet when opening new accounts. I hope they continue to pay millions per court orders, to settle their fraudulent activities. Closing all accounts next week and incentivizing my employees to do the same.

I've spend 3 hours trying to get to a customer service agent and they keep transferring me to another department and I have to wait another 30-45 minutes 5 times!!! I gave up! They won't accept my e-mails about it, my only option is to call and spend my day waiting for the right person. How can they stay in business? Because the transaction was penning, it was more problematic and they kept sending me to another because none of them knew where to send me. No one knew what to do? I'm so frustrated with this company I can't stand it. All I want is to report this spam on my card! Get it resolved.

Got Spirit BofA card and realized in just the first month already how bad customer really is. They not only change their answers from one agent to the next but when issues happen because of thier mistakes they make up other answers to justify their ignorance and care not one bit that you have incurred losses because of it or spent over 2.5 hours being bumped back and forth from one clueless agent to the next trying to get correct information, answers or relief from the mess they created.

Bank Of America in Greenbank, Washington - Worst Cutomer Service Anywhere

Run, do not walk as fast as you can away from the Mukilteo branch of Bank of America. They tellers have lost any sense of the meaning of customer service. Please ignore any positives about this branch. They are either freak occurrences or aberrations. On top of this, the manager is not friendly or helpful in any way. If you try to complain about the lack of courtesy you received, he will respond to you with the same lack of servility. I guess that's how the tellers learn to treat their customers. Go directly to the Lynnwood location (less than 10 miles away). They still believe in courtesy and respect.
